PUBLIC NOTICE – Town of Oak City 2026 Meeting Schedule
 
Public Notice is hereby given that for the year 2026, the Council of the Town of Oak City will hold regular monthly meetings on the third Thursday of each month at 7:40 p.m. at the Oak City Town Hall in the Conference Room, unless there is an emergency date or time change which will be Noticed. Any other additional meetings will be held, as necessary, and will be Noticed.
 
Public Notice is also hereby given that for the year 2026, the Town of Oak City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold regular monthly meetings on the third Thursday of each month at 6:45 p.m. at the Oak City Town Hall in the conference room, unless there is an emergency date or time change, which will be Noticed.
 
The Town of Oak City Board of Adjustments will hold meetings as needed. Each Meeting will be given proper Notice.

    Oak City Culinary Water Master Plan

    Oak City commissioned Jones & DeMille Engineering to conduct a Master Plan study and provide recommendations for improving operational efficiencies across their culinary water infrastructure system.

    Jones & DeMille evaluated the existing conditions and capacity of the system and identified improvements needed to address existing deficiencies and future growth requirements.
